Strawberry Spinach Salad

 

Yield: 6 servings

1 (10 ounce) bag spinach
1 cup sliced almonds or coarsely chopped walnuts, roasted
½ cup toasted coconut flakes or ¼ cup untoasted shredded coconut
1/3 cup red onion, sliced thin
2 cups strawberries, sliced
Combine in large bowl and toss. Top with Strawberry Dressing and serve immediately.
