Strawberry Mango Topping

Yield: 4 (1/4 cup) servings


1 fresh or dried Mango
2 Tablespoons raw cashews
½ teaspoon lemon extract (optional) until very smooth.
Dash of salt (optional)

Wash, peel, cut mango and discard seed. Place all ingredients into blender. Blend until very smooth.

Slowly pour water into blender as needed until the desired consistency is reached Serve immediately.
