Yield: 3 servings
- 2 cups fresh or frozen berries
- ¼ cup grape juice concentrate
- 2 Tablespoons water
- 1 Tablespoon cornstarch
- ½ teaspoon lemon juice
- Dash salt
Place berries and juice concentrate in a small saucepan and heat over medium-high heat.
In a separate container, combine remaining ingredients and mix until there are no lumps.
Pour over berries.
Stir berry mixture until well coated and mixture begins to thicken.
Remove from heat when desired consistency is reached.
